I was recently asked to describe the reasons behind Krilogy’s continued growth over the last several years. As I contemplated my response, I noted that while our geographic footprint, team of advisors, and assets under management have increased, it’s Krilogy’s commitment to our “client first, firm second” philosophy that has propelled our growth. I’m humbled by the feedback that I receive from clients when they convey their sentiments about the hard work that Krilogy and our advisors do for them. I hear things like: “I wouldn’t be here without Krilogy.” In reality, we wouldn’t be here without you.

Earlier this year, Krilogy participated in a survey facilitated by an approved asset manager to get a better understanding of how to improve our business development through identifying opportunities to better the client experience and client level of engagement with the firm. A number of Krilogy clients were among the nearly 20,000 investors across the United States at Schwab that were surveyed. We received the results, and absorbed them with an immense amount of gratitude, humility and pride in what we’ve been able to accomplish together since our founding in 2009. Of those clients who responded to the survey , we are honored to have learned that:

• 100% of our clients surveyed would recommend Krilogy to a friend
• The majority of respondents value their client experience and the sense of security they receive from their advisor
• The Krilogy team’s communication, professionalism, understanding of client goals, and responsiveness garnered some of the highest levels of satisfaction

We also learned of clients’ preferred method of communication, and the topics that matter most as they develop and work their financial plans with their Krilogy advisor. We’ll be making continuous enhancements to various communications throughout the year to address those desires.

While Krilogy continues down this path of growth and accomplishment together with you, our focus remains always on serving you first.
