Michael Brown has been helping clients plan for their retirement and understand their finances for more than 25 years. He became a wealth advisor over a decade ago, when the necessity of taking a longer-term approach to financial goals was amplified by the global downturn.
Having started as a financial literacy teacher, commercial banking mortgage planner and owner of his own mortgage companies, Michael appreciates the relentless efforts of other business owners and helps them navigate their many challenges.
Michael is currently the director of the St. Charles office and has been with Krilogy for eight years.
In addition, Michael is dedicated to ensuring that his community is just as strong as his clients’ finances. He gives back as a founding board member of Brace for Impact, with former St. Louis Cardinals’ pitcher Kyle McClellan, and travels to Haiti frequently to support the orphanage in Cap Haitien. He currently sits on the advisory board for Citizens National Bank in St. Charles, and is often invited to speak to such groups as the St. Charles County Senior Initiative, University of Missouri Financial Planners and University Athletic Programs.
When not at work, or at one of his many board meetings, Michael continues to remain actively involved in the St. Charles community. Michael has one grown daughter, Jordan.
