The Krilogy team has been busy in the community this year, supporting great local non-profits and a variety of causes. Just two examples of this commitment to service include the annual Dragon Boat Festival and the Duo Mutt Strutt.
For the fifth year, the Krilogy team “Wake My Day” competed in the boat races that are an exciting part of the annual festival, now in its tenth year. 43 teams of more than 900 paddlers, along with thousands of spectators, participated to raise money for the Signature Healthcare Foundation’s Operation Family Health, a non-profit which helps provide financial support to assist families with medical needs.
Krilogy also made its debut at the first annual Duo Mutt Strutt, a 5K and 1-mile Fun Run to benefit Duo (formerly Support Dogs), a national non-profit which provides highly-skilled service dogs to individuals with disabilities.
Over $6,000 was raised and 155 runners participated in this inaugural event. Financial Advisor Jake Thornton, who also serves as a member of the Young Friends of Duo board, organized Krilogy’s involvement.
