Each year, InvestmentNews honors the top 75 wealth management firms in the United States on its list of the Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors. Krilogy® is pleased to announce that once again this year, the firm has earned a spot on the list for its commitment to fostering a values-based, supportive culture for the team of wealth advisors. This is Krilogy’s second appearance on the list.
“Receiving awards like this that recognize our workplace excellence is the result of the hard work and dedication of our entire team,” said Kent Skornia, Krilogy® President and CEO. “We built this firm on the foundation of values, and a vision for teamwork and transparency that you rarely see in this industry. Advisors have recognized that Krilogy® is different, and something they want to be a part of. Everyone here continues to strengthen our culture through their daily work and interactions. Together, we’re impacting the lives of teammates, clients and the community around us.”
In addition to this latest InvestmentNews award, Krilogy® has been recognized for its workplace culture both nationally and in the St. Louis region by Inc. Magazine, Entrepreneur, the St. Louis Business Journal, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, and the Women’s Foundation of Greater St. Louis.
“Every year, InvestmentNews is proud to profile those who prioritize taking care of their own. We applaud this year’s Best Firms for Advisors winners for investing in their most precious resource: their people.” said Paul Curcio, executive editor of InvestmentNews.
InvestmentNews partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent research group specializing in employee engagement studies to identify great places to work. The selection criteria involved a multi-step process which included a comprehensive submission detailing workplace culture, values, benefits and recognition programs offered by each nominated firm. This was followed by an employee survey to gather quantitative data and assess team member satisfaction and engagement.
