Stacy Flanagin joined Krilogy in 2016 after beginning her career in the financial services industry in 2012. At an early age, Stacy became the ‘Financial Advisor’ of the family after her father passed away leaving much of the family confused and lost about their finances. Though young, Stacy had passion and desire to understand the financial planning world because it was so personal to her growing up. In college at the University of Missouri – St. Louis, she earned her BSBA with a certificate in Financial Planning. This fast tracked her ability to take the CFP® – CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® exam, which she completed and has held since September 2015.
As Stacy’s practice grew, her passion grew for a specific niche of clients – senior citizens – likely stemming from her childhood memories guiding the elders in her family. In order to better serve seniors, Stacy sought the CSA – Certified Senior Advisor® designation that gives her a foundation of knowledge on topics very specific to seniors. This includes Social Security, Medicare, income planning, estate planning, long term care, and even behavioral training in order to help educate, guide, and protect seniors through the aging process.
Stacy serves on the board for The Signature Healthcare Foundation and The Missouri Alliance for Animal Legislation (MAAL). Stacy is a passionate animal lover and advocate. She enjoys volunteering regularly for St. Louis Feral Cat Outreach and Saving St. Louis Pets.
