Jaime S. Knaeble, SHRM-SCP®, is a Partner and Vice President of Business Operations at Krilogy in St. Louis, where she leads business operations and human resources. One of Krilogy’s original team members, Jaime has been with the firm since it opened its doors in January 2009 and has more than 20 years of experience in financial services.
At Krilogy, Jaime has held many different roles before finding her niche in operations and HR, which she has led for over half of her career at the firm. She helps Krilogy pursue strategic growth and has contributed to key growth and operational projects, including acquisitions, new branch openings, and the firm’s expansion, all while helping build a culture where people support one another.
Jaime earned her bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising and management from Southeast Missouri State University and holds a Management Certificate from Washington University. She also earned the Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional® (SHRM-SCP®) designation from the SHRM Institute and is a member of the SHRM Institute.

I grew up in Wentzville, Missouri, and I still live in St. Charles County with my husband and our three kids. I love to craft and have tried all kinds of projects over the years. I'm also part of a monthly book club and love to read whenever I make the time.
Giving back matters a lot to me, especially when it comes to helping children and animals. I've volunteered with organizations like Habitat for Humanity St. Charles County and Five Acres Animal Rescue, and I try to support causes I care about with my time or through monthly donations.
