Samantha keeps the day-to-day details of a client’s financial life moving smoothly, from new account paperwork, contributions, and withdrawals to beneficiary and address updates. Clients know her as a friendly, responsive point of contact who is glad to help with whatever comes up.
Before joining Krilogy, Samantha spent three years at her father’s firm, working as a financial paraplanner and in operations. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Science and a minor in Marketing. While in school, she spent four years as a team lead for HackArizona, a student-run computer science convention.
The most satisfying part of my job is helping clients consolidate their accounts at Krilogy and then watching them make progress toward the goals that matter to them. A lot of that work happens behind the scenes, in the paperwork, follow-up, and coordination it takes to bring everything together in one place. Seeing clients check items off their list and feel less stress about their finances is always rewarding, and it's a good reminder of why the details matter.
Clients reach out to me because I'm always happy to help, whether the question is about their finances or something else entirely. I enjoy being someone clients can count on, and I do my best to answer as many of their questions as I can. No question is too small, and I would always rather a client reach out and ask than sit and wonder. Making things a little easier for the people we work with is what I'm here for.
I live in St. Charles with my cat, Kobe. Whenever I can, I head to our family home at Lake of the Ozarks to spend time with my family and our two dogs, Max and Molly. When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me fishing, out on the boat, working on a taxidermy project, or at as many country concerts as my schedule allows.
