About Steve Eifler

Steve Eifler, CFP®, is a Senior Wealth Advisor at Krilogy in St. Louis, MO, who helps individuals and families bring clarity and structure to complicated financial lives. Steve joined Krilogy in 2025 and brings more than 17 years of experience in financial services. He has held the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification since 2008 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in finance, from the University of Missouri.

Many of Steve’s clients have built wealth over time and now have multiple accounts and moving parts without a clear view of how everything fits together. They are busy, and they want a trusted partner who makes sure nothing gets overlooked. Steve and his team organize those pieces into one cohesive financial picture that connects each client’s money to their goals, so they can feel organized and at ease and spend their time on what matters most to them.

Why I became an advisor

I like math and people, with an emphasis on people. Other than your health and your relationships, I don't think anything affects your quality of life more than how you handle your money. This career gives me the chance to put my abilities and my passions to work in a way that makes a meaningful impact on my clients' well-being. Helping people feel in control of their money is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Working with me

I love simplicity and efficiency. People often drop a mountain of documents on the table in our first meeting, unsure how it all fits together or what it really means for their life. I enjoy distilling that complexity into something understandable and actionable. But first, I'll ask you to tell me about yourself. I want to know what's important to you, what you're afraid of, and the experiences that have shaped you, because knowing every square inch of your finances doesn't do much good if I don't know who you are. From there, we can align your money with what you value. Over time, I'm often one of the first to hear about life's big moments, from a new baby or a promotion to a job loss or the death of a loved one, and I cherish being there to help.

Outside the office

I was born and mostly raised in St. Louis, with a six-year stint in Chicago as a kid. I met my wife, Adrienne, at Mizzou, and we were married in 2011. Today we live in Wildwood with our four children, who are very involved in sports. So my evenings and weekends are spent as their unpaid Uber driver. It takes a village to get everyone where they need to be, but watching them compete and do what they love makes every mile worth it.

I coached my older two in softball and basketball until they outgrew my expertise, and I still coach my younger two's basketball teams. When I have free time, I enjoy cooking and listening to music. I follow the Cardinals, the Blues, and all the local teams, but I have a crippling Mizzou football obsession. I still get out and play basketball once in a while, though my body makes its displeasure clear the next morning.
