About Jack Hercules

Jack Hercules is a Paraplanner at Krilogy in St. Louis, where he works alongside his father on the Hercules team, supporting the planning work behind each client relationship. Internships with UBS and Krilogy confirmed his interest in wealth management, and he joined Krilogy in 2025.

Jack’s interest in the profession started early. He grew up spending hours in his dad’s office before practice, absorbing CNBC and picking up the basics of financial planning, and he quickly found he had a knack for numbers. He went on to earn a degree in finance from the University of Kentucky, along with a certificate in financial planning and a minor in international business. A four-month study abroad program in Rome broadened his view of global markets, and playing hockey for the university taught him how to balance competing demands as a student-athlete. Jack is licensed in Missouri for life and health insurance and is focused on continuing to learn and grow in his career.

What I love about my work

The most satisfying part of my job is seeing the trust our clients place in us and knowing they feel at ease. A lot of what we do happens behind the scenes. Clients may never see all the conversations, phone calls, research, and different ideas that go into finding the right solution for their game plan, and that's completely okay. What matters most to me is that our clients know we're looking out for them and that they have a team they can count on when they need us.

How I help clients

I truly enjoy talking to clients, and one of the things I'm most excited about is the chance to work alongside my dad and build a real team. Clients should feel comfortable reaching out to either one of us, because we each bring a different perspective and level of experience to the table. We're constantly communicating, bouncing ideas off each other, and looking at situations from different angles, all with the same goal of taking care of our clients and their families. That team approach lets us keep learning from each other while giving clients more than one familiar person to call.

Outside the office

My family recently moved to St. Paul, Missouri, but I spent my entire childhood in Florissant, and St. Louis will always be home. Family is a huge part of my life. My fiancée, Kaylie, and I have been together since we were 12 years old, and we're getting married in the fall of 2027. My mom and dad have always been my biggest support system, and I'm very close with my brother and sister, who are two of my best friends. My brother-in-law has become one of my best friends too, and I recently became an uncle to an awesome niece.

When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me golfing, traveling, trying new food, listening to music, or watching just about any sport. I love spending time with friends and family at the Lake of the Ozarks, and my time in Kentucky gave me a real appreciation for horse racing. Giving back is something I want to make a bigger priority as my career grows. I've supported Folds of Honor, Cardinal Glennon, and CBC High School, my alma mater, and I want to keep finding ways to give back to the organizations and communities that have made an impact on me.
