About Andrew Bouquet

Andrew Bouquet, JD, CFP®, is a Senior Wealth Advisor at Krilogy. He is based in St. Louis, but serves families, professionals, and business owners all over the country on all aspects of their financial lives. Andrew joined Krilogy in 2025 with more than 12 years of experience in financial services. He and his team help clients with questions like:

  • Are we saving enough money?
  • When can we retire?
  • How can we lower our income tax bill?
  • I know we should be investing, but what should we be investing in?
  • Will our family be okay financially if I’m gone?
  • What should I do with the stock awards I received from my employer?
  • What planning should we be doing now to minimize future estate taxes for our children and grandchildren?

Andrew earned his law degree, with a concentration in taxation, from Saint Louis University School of Law and his B.S. in Finance and Spanish, summa cum laude, from the University of Dayton. That legal and tax background informs his complex trust and estate planning and his guidance for business owners preparing to sell their company. Andrew is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, and his first conversations with new clients start with listening to help you define your goals.

Why I became an advisor

I've always loved helping people solve problems, and my original plan was to do that as an estate planning attorney. After a summer at a law firm doing exactly that work, I realized that path would be more transactional than I wanted. I sought to build lasting relationships with my clients and be their go-to person for all their money questions, big or small. Becoming a wealth advisor gave me that and it lets me put my legal training to work for families over the long haul.

Working with me

The clients I work best with have the wisdom to recognize their own limitations, whether that's knowledge, time, or simply comfort managing things on their own. They see the value of a professional team that handles these things every day, and over time, some of those relationships start to feel like family. I get to know their parents, their children, their dreams, and their concerns. If we're meeting for the first time, expect me to ask a lot of questions. My only goal is to help you decide whether a change makes sense. My first question is always, "What caused you to reach out to me?" There's usually a catalyst driving that first conversation, like a raise, a marriage, a divorce, or an inheritance.

Outside the office

My wife, Kassie, and I met in law school, and today we live in Ballwin, Missouri, with our three young boys and our chocolate lab, Moose. My happy place is my family's farm in Pike County, Missouri. When I'm not at work, you'll often find me there on a tractor or in a tree stand. We hunt, fish, and forage on the property, and I love sharing those experiences with friends and family.
Conservation of wildlife and wild places is the cause closest to my heart. I serve as a board member and treasurer for the St. Louis Chapter of Quail Forever and the Great Rivers Environmental Law Center, and as co-chair of the development board for Great Rivers Habitat Alliance. Since I spend many hours at a desk, I try to exercise daily, and I've recently gotten into hot yoga because I want to still be able to touch my toes when I'm 80.
