What I love about my work

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is working directly with plan participants and seeing those "aha" moments when a complicated concept suddenly clicks. I love watching people gain confidence and a better understanding of their options, because that confidence is often what motivates them to take actions that can improve their long-term retirement outcomes. Those moments are the most fulfilling part of my job, and they remind me why I enjoy what I do.

How I help clients

Retirement plans come with complex issues, processes, and challenges, and I am always willing to help clients navigate them, without hesitation. Whatever the question, I will work through it with you until we find a solution. Much of that work happens behind the scenes, but there is a great sense of accomplishment in helping clients find the right answer and successfully guiding them all the way to completion.

Outside the office

I'm from St. Louis, the middle of three sisters, and an aunt to two nieces and three nephews. Today I live in The Hill neighborhood with my partner, Mark. I like to stay active with outdoor cycling and boxing, and I also enjoy gardening, sewing, traveling, and of course spending time with my family.

Supporting my local community is especially important to me. Since 2020, I've been involved with Pedal the Cause, volunteering for The Kids' Challenge Ride and riding as a fundraiser in the main Pedal the Cause ride. I also volunteer as a tutor with the Immigrant Home English Learning Program (IHELP), working with young students who are learning English as a second language. I'm equally passionate about supporting local businesses, which strengthen our neighborhoods and give St. Louis the distinctive identity that makes it a place people want to experience and return to.
