About Kevin M. Reynolds

Kevin M. Reynolds, CFP®, CIS™, is a Partner and Senior Wealth Advisor at Krilogy in St. Louis, Missouri. He helps families feel prepared for the major financial decisions in their lives. Kevin joined Krilogy in 2014 and has more than 12 years of experience in financial services. In 2019, he was named Director of Advisor Development, helping newer advisors learn the business, build client relationships, and grow their practices, and in 2022 he was named a Partner of the firm.

Kevin sees every client relationship as a close, trusted partnership, and he tailors his guidance to the needs of each family he works with. He takes ownership of his work and values being accountable to the clients who count on him.

Before his career in wealth management, Kevin played professional baseball. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management in 2005, the same year he was drafted by the Seattle Mariners, and spent three seasons in the organization, reaching the Triple-A level. He completed his MBA at Lindenwood University while playing, and later earned the Certified Income Specialist (CIS™) designation from the Institute of Business and Finance and his CFP® certification. The teamwork and relationship-building skills he developed in baseball still shape how he works with clients and colleagues today.

Why I became an advisor

I became a Wealth Advisor because I saw a need for families to get full transparency from their trusted financial advisor. Families deserve to understand the advice they are getting and why. Because Krilogy is fiercely independent, I can offer clients resources that not every firm can. That was a big part of why I came here. I wanted every tool available to help clients feel prepared when the big financial decisions come.

Working with me

I love working with good people. It sounds simple, but that is the truth. My best relationships are with clients who appreciate what we do for them as much as I appreciate them selecting me to be their trusted advisor. When we meet for the first time, expect the conversation to start with you and your family. I am a family guy, and I want to know about the people who matter most to you, because family is the "why" behind most people's decisions and what makes them go. Once I understand that, we can start shaping a plan around what you care about.

Outside the office

My wife, Jessica, and I live in Wildwood, Missouri, with our three daughters. Family comes first for me, and I spend as much of my free time with them as I can. These days you will often find me coaching softball, and I also make staying healthy and active a priority.
